Submitting Music to Lekka Vibes Radio
At Lekka Vibes Radio, we’re passionate about supporting both established and emerging artists. To help your music reach a wider audience, we accept track submissions for playlist consideration and potential airplay. Please take a moment to read the following guidelines — they protect both you as the artist and us as a broadcaster.
⚖️ Legal & Copyright Notice
Lekka Vibes Radio functions purely as a promotional platform to showcase music. We do not charge artists to be playlisted, and we do not pay for submissions or airplay placement. Our aim is to promote talent, not to profit from it.
By submitting a track, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner of all copyright and publishing rights for the submitted material, or
- You have full legal authorisation from the rights holder(s) to submit the song on their behalf.
You also acknowledge that your intent is to promote your music and artist profile to our audience. Although Lekka Vibes Radio submits performance reports to the appropriate licensing bodies, you agree to waive any right to claim royalties directly from Lekka Vibes Radio. Royalties should be collected through your respective performance and publishing rights organisations.
📩 Submission Guidelines
We primarily feature Adult Contemporary music — melodic, listener-friendly tracks. Please note that we do not currently accept Death Metal, Hip-Hop, Rap, House, EDM, Afro Pop, or Urban Pop.
- Each artist may have one song on the playlist at a time.
- Wait at least 4–6 weeks before submitting another track.
- Please do not send full albums — we receive many submissions daily.
- Label your MP3 as “Artist Name – Song Title”.
Send an email to lekkavibesradio@gmail.com with:
- An MP3 file of your song
- A short artist bio (one paragraph) — either in the email body or as a Word/PDF attachment
Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
⏳ Review & Response Time
Due to the high number of submissions, it may take up to one week for a response. We review all submissions in the order they are received and appreciate your patience.
📻 Acceptance & Airplay
If your track is accepted, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- Notification of your playlist date
If you haven’t received confirmation within four weeks, please assume your song was not selected this round. You’re always welcome to submit again after the waiting period.
